We build the calendar small businesses actually want to open.
Weekslots is a small team building one tool for one job: bookings for owners who run their day from a phone, not a laptop.
Built from the back of a chair.
Weekslots started in 2024, after one of us spent a Saturday afternoon watching a barber juggle WhatsApp messages, a paper notebook, and a calendar app that nobody on the team actually liked. The booking tools out there were either built for big chains, or felt like spreadsheets pretending to be apps.
We wanted something an owner could set up in the time it takes to drink a coffee, and a customer could use without installing anything. No website, no front desk, no payment processor — just a phone in the owner's pocket and a link the customer can tap.
Today Weekslots is used by barbers, hairdressers, tattoo artists, trainers, tutors, and a handful of small clinics across three continents. The team is still small. We answer our own support emails. We still build features by sitting in the shops that use them.
Three principles we don't bend on.
These are not slogans — they're the filter we run every new feature through before it ships.
Phone-first, not phone-also
The manager app is the product, not an afterthought to a web dashboard. If a feature doesn't work cleanly on a 6-inch screen, it doesn't ship.
No friction for customers
Your customers should never install an app, create an account, or remember a password to book. A link or a QR code is the whole deal.
Your data is yours
We don't sell it, we don't train models on it, we don't share it with ad networks. You can export or delete it from inside the app at any time.
Small team, small numbers, intentionally.
Same tool. Same price. Yours in ten minutes.
Download the manager app, finish onboarding, share your booking link. That's the entire setup.
