Overview
You can delete your Weekslots account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data after the request.
Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your business profile, customer list, appointment history, and sign-in credentials are removed from our systems.
Delete from the app
Open the Weekslots manager app on iOS or Android.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are removed immediately, and a confirmation email is sent to the address on file.
Delete by email
If you've uninstalled the app or can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address registered to your Weekslots account.
Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include the phone number or business name on the account so we can locate it.
We acknowledge the request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your sign-in identity — email address, authentication record, and any social login link.
Your business profile — name, location, services, hours, avatar, and working rules.
Your customer list — names, phone numbers, and notes you stored.
Your appointment history — past and upcoming bookings, group bookings, and cancellations.
Push notification tokens registered to your devices.
What may be retained
Anonymized records required for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations may be kept for the period required by law, with all personal identifiers removed.
Backup snapshots may take up to 30 days to fully purge after deletion completes. During that window the data is not accessible from the app or the booking page.
Customers who booked through your page
If you operate a Weekslots booking page, the customers who booked through it are part of your business data and are deleted along with your account.
If you are a customer (not a business owner) and want to remove your phone number from a specific business, contact that business directly. To request removal of your data from Weekslots itself, email [email protected] and include the phone number you used to book.
